It Subang Jaya's case, the population growth of human aging 17--25 has burst like the millions of sperm upon ejaculation, hunting after the ova, colleges.
Naturally, the colleges, especially Teilars College, or rather University is very delightful to have these sperms to come in and conceive into billions of cash.
